Our mission

Business logic is transforming…

…and at an increasing pace. Through projects on behalf of our clients all over the world, and in discussions with our clients’ clients and other stakeholders, we have come to conclude that three overall trends define this transformation:

Globalization

“The process of increasing interconnectedness between societies such that events in one part of the world more and more have effects on peoples and societies far away.” (Baylis and Smith, 2005)

decentralization.jpg

Decentralization

Privatization and other deregulatory actions taken by governments, along with increased influence of and breadth of choice for the individual consumer (voter and employee), allows for a new rationale throughout the whole business chain, from manufacturing to marketing. Consumers increasingly demand rapid delivery of niched products or skilled services supplied in a timely manner. Businesses which do not meet such standards often do not appear sufficiently local, and therefore quickly turn obsolete.

Digitization

The mechanism which allows for the two above to coexist and reinforce one another. Technology and connectivity are increasingly moving from simply being drivers of growth to the major platform whereupon the growth of today and tomorrow occurs.

About us

Glocalize was formed with the above in mind. We are conscious of the pressure these three processes cause on businesses. The name of the game is to remain lean and agile without sacrificing efficiency and value creation. Several aspects of companies’ business operations are affected by this, and perhaps most of all their Human Resources.

Glocalize provides an answer through offshored, in-time, specialized human resources, available on demand. By minimizing sunk costs while entering the right market at the right time, the risk/reward ratio can be optimized, even in complex frontier markets.

As partners, we strive for direct communication and clarity, always with the goal to inform your decision-making process in the most efficient manner. This may be a case of evaluating what new market to prioritize, what customer segment to focus on or what new partner to collaborate with.

Our home base is the European Union, and we are strong proponents of free trade and open borders. Such measures, we believe, are not only necessary conditions for peace and prosperity, but an engine for multiculturality which in turn drives growth in that cornerstone both of business and society: human beings.
